During the month of March 2015, PRO-LINK was introduced to and had discussions with an existing consortium (at that date) that was preparing plans for a potential IOW fixed link.
Since those meetings PRO-LINK has now distanced itself away from this consortium, as it could be perceived that PRO-LINK may be manipulated by, and perhaps used as a “tool” by this consortium.
The information in this web site is completely independent of outside forces. and in no way whatsoever reflects any of the information or Fixed Link locations that the consortium may have indicated to PRO-LINK.
Due to this distancing over a period of time, PRO-LINK have no indication whether the consortium are continuing successfully or not. Because of the discretion that the consortium had initially requested, we will not be mentioning them further within this web site.
